Buffalo Power of Attorney

What is a Power of Attorney?

A power of attorney or POA grants someone the power to act on behalf of another person. This is commonly used in the event of an individual’s disability or illness or when someone cannot be present to sign necessary documents. It’s a good idea to have a power of attorney, especially for healthcare matters as involved in your estate plan.
